How it works
Call the number: You’ll hear a short welcome and instructions.
Pay securely by keypad: DTMF tones are masked and not recorded; card data is sent securely to our payment processor. Do not read your card number aloud.
Enjoy your session: Once payment is confirmed, you’re connected to Digitalelysia for 10 minutes.
Auto-end at 10 minutes: Redial any time for another session.

Recording & consent: For quality and safety, sessions may be recorded. The payment step is not recorded. By placing a call and proceeding to payment, you consent to recording and processing by our vetted providers. If you do not consent, please do not use the service.
Cancellations & refunds: By beginning the session you request immediate performance and waive the 14-day cancellation right once the session starts. Payments are non-refundable once your session begins. We will refund (or not charge) if a duplicate payment occurs, if payment was taken but the session did not start due to our technical fault, or where required by law.
